Maaliek came into the gym have no experience and was originally looking for a way to exercise. Along the way he found a sense of community and a way to express himself through the art of Muay Thai.
Maaliek hopes to pass on what he’s learned and his passion and appreciation for Muay Thai to the other students.
He teaches the kids’ class and assists Kru Andy in the adults class while sometimes running that class entirely as well.
