Keep an open mind, be willing to learn, and don’t get discouraged if you find some techniques difficult at first.
Remember that everyone is there to learn.
Try to get there a little early to become familiar and more comfortable with the space. Make sure to bring a water bottle and wear clothes that will let you move freely.
